6th graders were all smiles as the explored and experienced the magic of technology. They worked on basic coding skills in partnerships as they played with Ozobots. These tiny robots move, light up in different colors, and even make musical noises. 6th graders wrote code and then set the Ozobot on their laptops to teach it the code. They enjoyed teaching their robots simple commands such as how to play simple songs, how to stop and turn when they reach a wall, and how to change colors in a certain sequence. Watch out world! They’re moving full STEAM ahead!
