On Wednesday, April 24th, fifth graders spent their day traveling back in time to the Middle Ages. Students started the morning off by hearing from some experts on the time period. They learned what people in the Middle Ages ate, wore, and fought with. Then, students made a stain glass window and launched marshmallows off a catapult. They ended the day by performing a traditional sword dance!
